Even though, we have a multiskilled GP team, when you registered with myGP of our practice, you will have a preferred GP who will oversee the majority of your healthcare needs and serve as your primary point of contact.
To ensure you receive continuity of care, you will always have the option to book with your preferred GP. While there may be instances when your preferred GP is unavailable or when you prefer to consult with a different GP for specific concerns, please be assured that the entire team is well-informed about your health and uphold the clinic’s values.
Yes, all our appointments are offered as face to face with your GP, however you also have access to your private GP via telephone or secure video link if more convenient.
No, we advise all private patients to stay registered with their NHS GP practice, as you are still entitled to all of your NHS services, such as prescriptions, referrals and treatments. With consent, we can share information with your NHS GP to ensure continuity of care.
Absolutely not. We are happy for you to join our service, whatever your pre-existing health problems. Our GP’s are here to manage any existing or prolonged conditions you may have.
